Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will give you total authority over your mailbox accounts and email newsletters. Moreover, you can forward emails from one email mailbox to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your e-mailboxes against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming mail messages on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just select the email box account you want to forward mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
